EHVA.ai Partners with CareFactor to Automate Provider Calls Using Voice AI
EHVA.ai has partnered with CareFactor to deploy its conversational voice AI across CareFactor's provider-facing operations, announced in a press release. The system will automate calls related to eligibility verification, accumulator balances, benefits, and claims status inquiries for medical, dental, and vision plans.
Under the agreement, EHVA.ai's technology will handle inbound provider calls from start to finish, providing 24-hour support with accurate responses on the first call. The automation aims to reduce wait times and free CareFactor staff for other tasks.
CareFactor President Robert Ochall said the partnership allows the company to maintain a high service standard for provider calls without adding workload for its team. EHVA.ai Chief Revenue Officer Jeff Schaffer stated that the platform was designed for organizations like CareFactor that need scalable provider service.
EHVA.ai provides conversational voice AI technology built for health insurance payers, third party administrators, and benefit administrators. CareFactor is a Columbus-based administrator that has offered self-funded benefit solutions for more than sixty years.
