UFOFLEET Acquires FleetMaster from Cox Automotive
UFOFLEET, part of UFODRIVE Group, has acquired FleetMaster from Cox Automotive, the global automotive services and technology provider, announced in a press release. The acquisition aims to expand UFOFLEET's intelligent enterprise platform for mobility and fleet management into new markets across Europe, the Americas, and Asia Pacific.
FleetMaster, founded in 2011, offers cloud based software for rental, leasing, and dealer operations. Under the new ownership, UFOFLEET plans to integrate its intelligent infrastructure into FleetMaster’s platform, enhancing services for existing customers and reaching additional industry sectors.
UFOFLEET, launched in October 2023, serves over one million users in 18 countries. Its platform supports fleet and mobility companies in managing assets and contracts across leasing, rental, and logistics operations. The company’s investors include Hertz, BNP Paribas, and the European Investment Fund.
Cox Automotive Europe said the sale builds on FleetMaster’s success and supports continued innovation through UFOFLEET’s technology and scale.
