Toptal Acquires Adeva to Expand Global IT Talent Network
Toptal announced in a press release that it has acquired Adeva, a global IT talent network that connects enterprises and growing companies with vetted developers, architects, and technology consultants.
The acquisition expands Toptal's talent network by integrating Adeva's community of technology professionals. Both companies apply rigorous vetting standards that emphasize technical expertise and software engineering proficiency.
Toptal stated that the integration will increase its capacity to deliver technology and consulting solutions to clients worldwide. Teams from both organizations are coordinating to ensure a smooth transition for Adeva's existing clients.
Adeva’s CEO, Katerina Trajchevska, said the partnership will provide clients with access to Toptal’s global infrastructure and broader range of services. Founded in 2010, Toptal connects businesses with freelance professionals across technology, design, finance, and consulting, serving more than 25,000 clients in over 140 countries.
