TmaxSoft announced plans to introduce a Sovereign AI Framework designed to ensure AI and data sovereignty for national and enterprise users, aiming to strengthen Korea’s position in AI innovation.

South Korean enterprise software company TmaxSoft announced in a press release its plan to launch a Sovereign AI Framework to support national and enterprise-level data independence. The framework aims to enhance AI and data sovereignty, helping organizations securely integrate AI into their operations.

The company is developing a full-stack AI framework covering data, models, infrastructure, and services. It intends to provide a unified environment for AI business development that improves interoperability with enterprise systems and reduces the complexity of adopting AI technologies.

TmaxSoft said the Sovereign AI Framework will allow public institutions, financial organizations, and corporations to maintain full control over their data and AI models while avoiding open-source dependency and infrastructure lock-in. The company plans to collaborate with domestic hardware and IT service providers by the end of the year to strengthen Korea’s AI ecosystem.

Building on its existing enterprise software solutions such as ProObject and ProFrame, TmaxSoft is extending its capabilities into AI-driven development platforms. It is also working on TmaxSoft Enterprise Manager, a generative AI-powered management platform with automated monitoring and optimization features.
