Therap AI includes several new features designed for industry-specific needs. The QA Assistant automates initial quality assurance by reviewing daily notes and prompting staff for missing information. The Auto Attendance feature uses AI-powered facial recognition to record arrival and departure times for billing and compliance.

The platform also integrates summarization, data discovery, and reporting capabilities through HIPAA-compliant large language models. These tools analyze documentation such as case notes and health tracking data to identify key insights, gaps, and trends, helping staff manage records more efficiently.
