Trust AI Launches Isaac PracticeOS, an AI-Powered Dental Management Platform

February 22, 2026
Trust AI has introduced Isaac PracticeOS, an AI-based dental practice management system that consolidates billing, scheduling, insurance, and clinical operations into a single platform.

Trust AI has unveiled Isaac PracticeOS, an AI-powered dental practice management system that integrates clinical, operational, and financial data into one platform, announced in a press release. The system will debut at the 2026 Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting.

Isaac PracticeOS replaces multiple disconnected tools used in dental offices by combining billing, charting, imaging, scheduling, insurance verification, patient communication, and analytics. The platform automates several workflows, including claim preparation, treatment planning, and schedule management. When patients cancel, the system automatically fills open slots from the waitlist, and an AI receptionist can respond to after-hours calls using patient data.

The platform runs on the Isaac OneHealth model, which has scored a perfect 100% on the USMLE medical boards. This model powers all modules within PracticeOS, enabling AI-assisted clinical and administrative decisions. Pricing starts at $299 per month, offering practices a lower-cost alternative to traditional multi-tool setups.

Trust AI, founded by clinicians, reports that over 8,000 dentists have joined its platform. Live demonstrations of Isaac PracticeOS are available at Booth 5023 in the West Building, Hall F, during the CDS 2026 event in Chicago.
