Teleperformance Partners with Sanas to Enhance AI Speech Understanding
Teleperformance has formed a strategic partnership with Sanas, a leader in Real-Time Speech Understanding, announced in a press release. As part of this collaboration, Teleperformance has invested approximately $13 million in Sanas through its Series B funding round and will become the exclusive reseller of Sanas' technology to major global brands.
The partnership aims to enhance Teleperformance's AI capabilities by integrating Sanas' speech understanding model, which is designed to improve customer experience by overcoming communication barriers. This collaboration will allow Teleperformance to offer more empathetic and efficient customer service across various industries.
Teleperformance will also work closely with Sanas to further develop its AI platform, focusing on adapting speech understanding for its experts in regions such as India, the Philippines, Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Initial implementations of Sanas technology have shown improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, including higher sales conversion and lower average handling times.
