Target Hospitality Reports Q3 2025 Results, Expands into AI Data Center Market

Target Hospitality reported $99.4 million in revenue for Q3 2025 and announced new multi-year contracts, including a $43 million agreement in the AI and data center sector.

Target Hospitality reported its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, showing $99.4 million in revenue and a net loss of $0.8 million, announced in a press release. The company recorded adjusted EBITDA of $21.5 million and ended the quarter with approximately $205 million in available liquidity and zero net debt.

During the quarter, Target Hospitality announced over $455 million in multi-year contracts across various sectors. This includes a $166 million expansion of its workforce hub contract supporting the North American critical mineral supply chain and a five-year, $246 million agreement with the U.S. Government to operate a 2,400-bed facility in Dilley, Texas.

The company also entered the AI and data center market with a $43 million lease and services agreement for its new Data Center Community project. Construction and mobilization for the initial 250-bed facility have been completed, with expansion plans already underway to meet growing customer demand.

To support this new market segment, Target launched its Hyper/Scale brand, offering customizable solutions for AI and data center clients. The company stated it continues to pursue additional opportunities aligned with increasing demand for specialized hospitality infrastructure supporting power generation and data center expansion.
