5C Group Raises $605 Million for North American AI Data Centers
5C Group has closed $605 million in new debt financing led by Brookfield Asset Management, the company said in a press release.
The new debt follows $835 million in equity and debt capital raised by 5C in 2025, along with additional capital raised before 2025. The company said the combined funding now exceeds $1.4 billion.
5C develops and operates large scale AI data center campuses in North America. Its campuses combine compute, power, cooling, networking, software, and operations for AI workloads.
The company said the new capital will support priority sites across its portfolio. It will also fund the acquisition and construction of its Memphis campus and support work on campuses in Ohio and Phoenix.
