Siyata Mobile to Merge with AI Gaming Developer Core Gaming

Siyata Mobile has signed a definitive merger agreement with Core Gaming, a leading AI gaming developer, to form a combined public company.

Siyata Mobile has signed a definitive merger agreement with Core Gaming, a leading AI gaming developer, announced in a press release. Core Gaming will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Siyata through this merger.

The combined entity will be led by Aitan Zacharin, the current CEO of Core Gaming, while Marc Seelenfreund, the current CEO of Siyata, will transition to the role of President and lead a newly formed Push-To-Talk subsidiary. The merger agreement includes an exchange of shares, valuing Core Gaming at $160 million.

Core Gaming, known for its AI-driven mobile games, engages 40 million monthly active users and has achieved over 600 million downloads globally. The merger is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025, pending regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.
