Siemens and Salesforce Connect Agentforce With Teamcenter
Siemens AG and Salesforce Inc. are integrating Agentforce with Teamcenter Service Lifecycle Management, the companies announced in a press release. The connection will bring engineering data from industrial digital twins into sales, service and customer workflows.
Service technicians will be able to identify spare parts for specific serial numbers before site visits. Sales staff can check whether upgrades are technically valid and manufacturable, while customers can find and order compatible parts without consulting an engineer.
Siemens also uses Agentforce to process more than 2,500 unqualified leads each month for 18,000 sellers. An engagement agent contacts incoming leads before a qualification agent assesses interested prospects and routes selected opportunities through Sales Cloud. Siemens says the system now engages all inbound leads across 132 countries.
