ServicePower Adds Vision AI to Mobile Field Service App
ServicePower said in a press release (in Spanish) that ServicePower Mobile now includes image analysis through ServicePower Vision AI. The company says customers using Vision AI have reached first visit resolution rates of up to 99 percent and cut incident tickets by up to 50 percent.
The software analyzes images during field assignments, including when connectivity is limited or unavailable. Customer defined thresholds classify each image as approved, marginal or not approved, while technicians retain control over the final decision.
Inspection data can be linked to images, tasks and work orders for reporting, audits and compliance records. ServicePower Mobile also connects the data with scheduling, task completion and parts management, and can serve technicians whose organizations use third party field service systems. The updated app is available for Android, iOS and the web, with initial uses in telecommunications and utilities, including passive infrastructure such as cabinets, poles and splice boxes.
