AppWork Launches AI Tool for Maintenance Completion Notes

AppWork launches Enriched Completion Notes, an AI feature that expands brief maintenance completion notes into resident updates and operational records, the company said in a press release. The feature is available to all AppWork clients at no additional cost.

When a technician completes a Work Order, the cloud based feature reviews the original note with the order description, category, photos, parts and timeline. It then creates a note explaining what the technician found, what work was completed and the result. It also corrects spelling and grammar and removes slang or wording that could create liability.

AppWork preserves the technician's original note with each Work Order. The feature also adds badges that flag sensitive notes, incomplete repairs, pending parts and repeated issues for managers.
