Semos.ai has expanded early access to its Manager Agents system, an Agentic AI platform designed to support leadership and management decisions through proactive guidance and integrated intelligence.

Semos.ai has expanded early access to its Manager Agents platform, announced in a press release. The system uses Agentic AI to provide proactive support for leadership and team management, offering real-time guidance across feedback, recognition, culture, and performance contexts.

The Manager Agents system includes seven interconnected agents that share information dynamically. These include the Meeting Agent, which captures insights from team discussions; the Recognition Agent, which tracks acknowledgment equity; and the Feedback Agent, which suggests coaching opportunities. Other agents monitor culture, career growth, company developments, and HR compliance.

Built for enterprise use, Manager Agents integrates with platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Teams. The system combines internal HR data with collaboration and market signals to generate contextual insights while maintaining security compliance with GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO standards.

Following initial interest, Semos.ai is extending early access to more organizations ahead of general availability, allowing leaders to test how Agentic AI can enhance management practices and team performance.
