RoboSense Begins Mass Production of EM Digital LiDAR Platform
RoboSense has announced the mass production and scaled delivery of its EM digital LiDAR platform, including the EMX and EM4 models, to multiple OEMs, announced in a press release. This milestone marks the widespread adoption of RoboSense's next-generation automotive-grade digital LiDAR technology.
The EMX model, featuring 192 beams, is designed for the L2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) market, while the EM4 model, with over 500 beams, caters to higher-level autonomous driving. The EM platform has secured design wins for 45 vehicle models across eight leading global OEMs, including Geely and FAW Hongqi.
RoboSense's EM platform supports customizable designs, with the EMX addressing demands below 500 beams and the EM4 offering configurations from 520 to 2160 beams. This flexibility, combined with the company's in-house chip development, positions RoboSense as a leader in digital LiDAR technology, reinforcing its first-mover advantage in the industry.
