Raytron Introduces Infrared Vision Language Model at CIOE 2026
Raytron Technology Co., Ltd. introduced an Infrared Vision Language Model at CIOE 2026 in Shenzhen, China, as the company announced in a press release. The model is designed to analyze and interpret infrared images, using more than five million proprietary multimodal infrared data samples.
The system includes a dedicated infrared visual encoder, training tailored to specific industries and support for deployment on edge AI hardware. Target uses include industrial temperature measurement, night vision, gas detection, electrical inspection and perimeter monitoring.
Its training data covers gases including methane, sulfur dioxide, ethanol, R-134a, R-152a and sulfur hexafluoride. Raytron also introduced Falcon 500, its third generation infrared AI image processing chip, along with 8 µm infrared detectors offering resolutions from 640×512 to 1280×1024 and 12 µm products with NETD as low as 15 mK.
