Quiq and Carahsoft Partner to Bring AI Solutions to Public Sector
Quiq and Carahsoft have announced a partnership to enable the adoption of trusted agentic AI solutions in the public sector, announced in a press release. Under this agreement, Carahsoft will serve as Quiq's public sector distributor, making Quiq's AI Studio, AI Agents, and AI Contact Center available through various procurement contracts.
The partnership aims to improve citizen and student support and service experiences by leveraging AI agents for process automation across voice and asynchronous channels. This initiative is expected to enhance the service and support U.S. citizens receive, while also reducing overhead costs. Quiq's solutions will be accessible through Carahsoft's reseller partners and several procurement contracts, including NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V and Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – Software 2 (ITES-SW2).
Quiq's AI Studio is a rapid agentic AI builder that includes tools, integrations, and analytics necessary for AI development and deployment. This collaboration allows public sector engineers to have complete control and insight into their AI solutions, empowering them to embrace new technology confidently. The partnership reflects a growing trend of integrating advanced AI solutions into government operations to modernize service channels and improve efficiency.
