PrivacyCheq Introduces aiCheq for AI Privacy Compliance
PrivacyCheq has launched aiCheq, a new platform designed to manage privacy consent for AI training data, announced in a press release. aiCheq utilizes Hedera's distributed ledger technology (DLT) to maintain immutable records of consent, aligning with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and various U.S. state privacy laws.
The platform offers several key features, including an immutable consent ledger that records every consent preference on Hedera's public ledger, ensuring transparency and trust for auditors and stakeholders. It also provides verifiable consent receipts, which are standardized and machine-readable, allowing AI agents and regulators to verify consent details.
Additionally, aiCheq automates the fulfillment of data subject rights requests, such as access or deletion, and consolidates all consent and data usage events into unified compliance logs. This simplifies privacy audits and demonstrates adherence to global privacy laws. Alongside the product launch, PrivacyCheq has proposed the HCS-19 standard for agentic consent management, aiming for industry adoption.
