IQSTEL Inc. and Cycurion Inc. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for a mutual equity partnership, aiming to create a next-gen AI-driven cybersecurity powerhouse.

IQSTEL Inc. and Cycurion Inc. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a mutual equity partnership, announced in a press release. The agreement involves a $1 million stock exchange, with half of the exchanged shares to be distributed as dividends to shareholders, enhancing shareholder value.

The collaboration aims to integrate the companies' AI-focused research and development efforts to deliver advanced cybersecurity solutions tailored for the telecommunications industry. This strategic move is expected to unlock shareholder value and create a robust AI-driven cybersecurity powerhouse.

Under the MOU, each company will issue $1 million worth of its common stock to the other, with the number of shares based on the Nasdaq Official Closing Price. The partnership will allow both companies to cross-sell their services, with IQSTEL introducing its telecom and AI-driven services to Cycurion's customer base, while Cycurion offers its cybersecurity solutions to IQSTEL's global network.

The companies plan to finalize the definitive agreement within the next 30 days, aiming to pool resources and align strategic focus to accelerate innovation and bring cutting-edge cybersecurity products to market faster.
