Quantum Systems Opens New Facility in California for AI-Powered ISR Solutions
Quantum Systems has opened a new 135,000-square-foot production and integration facility in Moorpark, California, announced in a press release. This expansion is aimed at scaling the delivery of their AI-powered intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) solutions.
The new facility is strategically located in Southern California to support defense and security partners across North and Latin America. Quantum Systems plans to employ over 100 professionals in the Moorpark area by the end of 2025, contributing to the region's aerospace and defense ecosystem.
The facility is equipped to support the full development lifecycle, including secure manufacturing lines, engineering labs, and in-house flight operations. This setup allows for end-to-end production and coordination of Quantum Systems' Family of Systems, such as Vector AI, Twister, and Reliant, significantly reducing lead times and increasing responsiveness to mission requirements.
Quantum Systems continues to expand its global footprint with operations in Germany, Australia, Ukraine, Romania, and the UK, consolidating its U.S. operations at the new Moorpark location to streamline production and enhance collaboration.
