Propel People Integrates with iHire to Streamline Construction Hiring

October 15, 2025
Propel People has partnered with iHire to integrate its AI-driven recruiting tools with iHire’s construction-focused job network, enabling faster and more efficient hiring for contractors.

Propel People has announced a partnership with iHire to integrate its AI-powered hiring platform with iHire’s industry-specific employment network, according to a press release.

The integration connects Propel People’s applicant tracking system with iHire’s 57 industry-focused communities, including iHireConstruction, which features over 1.4 million construction professionals. The system enables contractors to post jobs directly from Propel People to iHire’s platform, streamlining candidate sourcing and management.

Through the integration, construction companies can automate job postings, sync applicants, and use AI-based resume scoring to identify qualified candidates more efficiently. The collaboration aims to help small and mid-sized firms compete with larger employers by simplifying access to skilled workers.

iHire’s broader network also allows Propel People users to recruit for administrative, HR, and sales roles, expanding hiring capabilities beyond construction-specific positions.
