ProxyN launches digital coworkers tied to business KPIs
ProxyN, an agentic AI company from Business Core Solutions, introduced digital coworkers for enterprises in a press release. Its Agentic Service as a Software model lets customers hire AI agents for defined business roles without a separate platform license.
Before deployment, ProxyN and the customer agree on a KPI, baseline, target, timeline and acceptance test. Part of the monthly fee depends on reaching the target. An initial discovery process lasting 1 to 3 weeks identifies suitable roles and measures existing performance before engineers deploy the agent.
ProxyN offers more than 45 roles across nine enterprise value chains, with tasks including invoice checks, credit decisions and supply feasibility. Each agent uses an identity with customer controlled permissions, records its actions and supports rollback where the process allows. The digital coworkers are available worldwide and run on Business Core Solutions' Symphony orchestration platform.
