Notable named Dr. Nicholas Desai chief medical officer, the company announced in a press release. He joins from Houston Methodist, where he held senior roles spanning clinical technology and hospital operations.

Desai previously served as system chief medical information officer and held chief operating, medical, and quality officer roles at the hospital level. He most recently helped oversee the development, opening, and growth of Houston Methodist Cypress Hospital.

At Notable, Desai will work with health system executives and clinical and operational teams to deploy workflows for patient access, care operations, and workforce productivity. Notable says its healthcare AI platform operates across more than 12,000 care sites and automates millions of manual tasks each day.
