Nauticus Robotics Reports Q3 2025 Results with Deepwater Testing Milestone

November 21, 2025
Nauticus Robotics reported $2.0 million in revenue for the third quarter of 2025, highlighting successful integration of its ToolKITT software onto third-party remotely operated vehicles and record deepwater testing of its Aquanaut robot.

Nauticus Robotics reported third-quarter 2025 results, with $2.0 million in revenue compared to $0.4 million in the same period last year, announced in a press release. The company recorded a net loss of $6.6 million, narrowing from $7.5 million in the previous quarter. Cash and cash equivalents rose to $5.5 million as of September 30, 2025.

Operationally, Nauticus completed ultra-deepwater testing of its Aquanaut robot at a depth of 2,300 meters, marking its deepest test to date. A second Aquanaut unit began testing new features in Florida in preparation for the 2026 offshore season.

Following the acquisition of SeaTrepid earlier this year, Nauticus successfully integrated its ToolKITT autonomy software onto third-party remotely operated vehicles. The integration allows autonomous navigation and hovering, reducing manual operator workload. Offshore certification of ToolKITT was completed in October.

Customer engagement is increasing, with Nauticus planning demonstrations and workflow development sessions at its Florida facility. The company expects expanded ToolKITT software sales in 2026, supported by growing operator adoption and customer interest.
