McLean & Company has launched its Human-Centric AI Program, a blended learning program for responsible AI adoption across organizations.

McLean & Company announced in a press release the launch of its Human-Centric AI Program, a blended learning program for responsible AI adoption across organizations. The program is intended for professionals, managers, and executives in HR, IT, operations, and other business functions.

The program focuses on human judgment, AI fluency, communication, adaptability, and leadership skills for applying AI in workplace tasks. It is designed to help organizations move beyond AI tool testing and build responsible use at larger scale.

The program includes three learning paths: Foundational AI & Data Fluency, Practical Application, and Leading in an AI World. Each path includes short learning modules, practical activities, workplace scenarios, tools, assessments, and credentials.

McLean & Company said the program also includes live expert sessions, peer learning, manager guidance, and ongoing support.
