Mach42 Appoints Tim Haynes as Board Chair
Mach42 has appointed Tim Haynes as Chair of its Board of Directors, announced in a press release. Haynes, who brings over three decades of experience and a history of raising more than $100 million, will focus on guiding the company's long-term strategy and advancing product commercialization.
He succeeds Janet Collyer MBE, who has served as Chair since the company’s founding. Collyer will continue as a board member to support the company’s next phase of growth. Under her leadership, Mach42 strengthened its position in analog and mixed-signal verification technology.
Haynes said he looks forward to supporting Mach42 as it expands its foundational AI models for analog simulation across the electronic design automation space. CEO Dr. Bijan Kiani noted that Haynes’ expertise in strategy and commercialization will help refine product–market fit and accelerate market entry.
Mach42 develops AI-driven tools that automate and speed up analog and mixed-signal verification. Its neural network technology generates high-accuracy surrogate models from limited data, exportable in Verilog-A, System Verilog, and C/C++ formats for integration with standard simulators.
