Lunar Outpost has closed an oversubscribed $30 million Series B round led by Industrious Ventures, with participation from Type One Ventures, Eniac Ventures, and others. The funding will accelerate production and deployment of the company's rover systems for NASA Artemis and U.S. national security programs.

Lunar Outpost has closed an oversubscribed $30 million Series B round led by Industrious Ventures, with participation from Type One Ventures, Eniac Ventures, Reliable Equity, and others, announced in a press release.

The company, founded by Justin Cyrus, AJ Gemer, Forrest Meyen, and Julian Cyrus, develops mobility and autonomous systems for operations on the lunar surface and in orbit. The new funding will accelerate production of its rover platforms, expand manufacturing, and support deployment of mission ready systems for NASA's Artemis program and U.S. national security initiatives.

Lunar Outpost has built multiple generations of its Mobile Autonomous Prospecting Platform rover, used for resource exploration and surface operations. It is also developing new lunar terrain vehicles under NASA's Lunar Terrain Vehicle Services program. The company continues to advance its MARS platform, which enables coordinated autonomous operations across multiple vehicles in environments without GPS.

According to Industrious Ventures, the investment supports the next phase of lunar infrastructure development, as mobility and autonomy become critical for sustained operations in extreme environments.
