Leidos and Havoc have signed an agreement to integrate their autonomy capabilities across maritime and aerial systems, announced in a press release. The agreement was formalized at the Sea Air Space conference in National Harbor, Maryland, on April 20, 2026.

The collaboration will combine Leidos' Autonomous Vessel Architecture, known as LAVA, with Havoc's collaborative autonomy software. The integration will begin with the Sea Archer, a small unmanned surface vessel, and will expand to other platforms.

The companies plan to conduct a joint operational validation in the fourth quarter of 2026. During this event, unmanned surface and aerial vehicles are expected to operate under a unified autonomy system, demonstrating the combined capabilities of both organizations.
