Kodex Introduces Automated Infrastructure for Government Data Requests

July 01, 2026
Kodex has unveiled a new infrastructure to manage government and law enforcement requests for user data, featuring automated processing, direct system intake, and agent workflows.

Kodex announced in a press release the launch of new infrastructure designed to handle government and law enforcement data requests. The company introduced automated request processing, direct government system intake, and a preview of agent workflows as part of its Kodex Global Network.

The system includes three components. AI Structured Data automatically reads and organizes incoming requests, available first in the United States. Intake Bridge allows government systems to submit requests directly to companies, beginning under the European Union's e-Evidence Regulation, which takes effect on August 18, 2026. A previewed Kodex MCP server lets company AI agents process structured requests while keeping final approval under human control.

Kodex stated that the infrastructure does not release data automatically and includes verification safeguards to prevent fraudulent or forged requests. The company also shared a short documentary titled The Call, which follows a law enforcement case involving a cryptocurrency scam and cooperation between investigators and a private company.

Kodex operates a verified network that connects 15,000 agencies and 150,000 investigators with private companies that hold user data.
