360factors Adds Fair Lending Compliance Testing Agent to Ask Kaia
360factors has launched a Fair Lending Compliance Testing agent inside Ask Kaia, announced in a press release. The AI assistant is built for U.S. banks and credit unions that review lending data for compliance issues.
The agent uses a guided workflow for fair lending reviews. Users upload a LAR data file and supporting documents, then choose peer institutions for comparison.
The tool generates a dashboard showing segment, geographic, and pricing patterns, document evidence coverage, and workpapers formatted for regulatory review. It is available as an optional add on for Ask Kaia Enterprise customers.
The Fair Lending Compliance Testing agent is the third agent added to Ask Kaia in recent months, following Marketing Ad Review and HMDA Compliance Testing agents.
