KnowBe4 Expands AI Capabilities to Strengthen Cybersecurity
KnowBe4 has announced the deployment of additional AI capabilities to enhance its HRM+ platform, aiming to improve cybersecurity defenses for its clients. In a press release, the company revealed plans to introduce six more AI agents by the end of 2025, complementing the six already in use.
The HRM+ platform, which includes the AI-driven AIDA (Artificial Intelligence Defense Agents), leverages data from over 13 million users worldwide. AIDA integrates human expertise with AI to automate targeted security actions based on each organization's unique threat landscape. This approach helps security teams operate more efficiently and strengthen their defenses.
First Community Credit Union, a client of KnowBe4, has successfully reduced its Phish-prone Percentage (PPP) to nearly one percent using these AI tools. Bryan Perkola, the credit union's Senior Vice President of Information Security, highlighted the significant impact of AIDA on their security awareness program.
Additionally, KnowBe4 has introduced PhishML Insights as part of its PhishER+ suite. This AI capability allows InfoSec teams to better understand emerging attack patterns by setting customized confidence thresholds for email threat classification, providing detailed explanations for each classification decision.
