JX Luxventure Group Inc. has announced a $5 million agreement with Beijing Shuhangtong Information Technology Co., Ltd. for AI equipment and development services.

JX Luxventure Group Inc. has announced a significant agreement with Beijing Shuhangtong Information Technology Co., Ltd. (BSITC) valued at approximately $5 million. Announced in a press release, the deal involves the sale and development of customized AI intelligent cross-border pharmacy equipment, ERP management systems, and SBBC store distribution systems.

Under the terms of the agreement, BSITC will purchase these systems along with associated secondary development, specialized technical research, and three-year maintenance services. This partnership aims to leverage Hainan's Free Trade Port policies to enhance supply chain efficiency and expand market reach, particularly in the distribution of duty-free cross-border pharmaceutical and consumer goods.

This collaboration underscores JX Luxventure's leadership in cross-border e-commerce and duty-free supply chain solutions, marking a key milestone in their efforts to connect global brands with China's growing duty-free market.
