ImageSource Introduces ILINX Agents for Governed Enterprise AI
ImageSource, Inc. announced in a press release the launch of ILINX Agents, a governed AI framework built into the ILINX platform. The system is designed for regulated industries such as government, financial services, and healthcare, allowing organizations to deploy AI assistants that use their own enterprise content without sending data to public cloud environments.
ILINX Agents employs Retrieval Augmented Generation to ground AI responses in company documents, policies, and knowledge. It can operate on premises or in containerized deployments, giving organizations control over data location and model execution. The framework connects to AI models through the Model Context Protocol standard, enabling integration with preferred models while avoiding vendor lock-in.
The system extends the ILINX platform's governance features, supporting SOC 2 and other compliance requirements. Role-based permissions define agent access, and every action is logged for a complete audit record. ILINX Agents integrates directly with ILINX Content Store and other repositories, allowing AI to interact with existing content without migration.
ILINX Agents is available now as a module of the ILINX platform.
