Huawei Launches AI Education Center Solution at MWC Barcelona 2026

Huawei has introduced its AI Education Center (AIEC) Solution for basic education during MWC Barcelona 2026, aiming to accelerate the adoption of AI education across primary and secondary schools.

During MWC Barcelona 2026, Huawei introduced its AI Education Center (AIEC) Solution for basic education, announced in a press release. The initiative is designed to expand access to general AI education and promote digital learning in primary and secondary schools.

The AIEC Solution integrates computing infrastructure, model services, application platforms, and AI teaching and laboratory management systems. It offers curriculum resources, experimental applications, and hands-on AI projects to help students develop core digital skills.

Huawei has already implemented the solution in Zhejiang Province, China, through partnerships with organizations such as CourseGrading. The platform currently supports over 500 schools and includes open-source large models, more than ten AI practice projects, and over fifty experimental tools and applications. It is projected to reach one million students.

At the event, Huawei also announced a global demonstration project with Pui Kiu Middle School to showcase practical AI applications in secondary education. The company stated that the AIEC Solution provides a scalable model for digital transformation in education worldwide.
