hireEZ and Talroo have announced a strategic partnership to enhance high-volume hiring capabilities, as stated in a press release. This collaboration aims to integrate Talroo's exclusive frontline and skilled trades worker profiles with hireEZ's AI-driven talent acquisition platform.

The partnership allows hireEZ customers to access Talroo's TalentSync database, which includes millions of active, unique frontline and skilled trades profiles. These profiles contain detailed information such as contact details, certifications, and industry-specific skills, enabling companies to fill critical roles more efficiently.

Under the agreement, Talroo will resell hireEZ's platform to its customers, incorporating hireEZ's streamlined workflows into existing talent attraction campaigns. In return, hireEZ will provide its clients with access to Talroo's extensive frontline workforce profile database, facilitating automated outreach and programmatic ad solutions.

This partnership is designed to help employers expand their talent pipelines and connect with qualified workers who may not use traditional job boards or resumes. By leveraging AI-powered sourcing and analytics, the collaboration aims to improve hiring outcomes for high-demand roles in sectors such as healthcare, logistics, and skilled trades.
