Health In Tech has announced a strategic collaboration with Ciklum to enhance its AI-driven InsurTech platform, according to a press release. The partnership aims to improve administrative, sales, and analytics functions for the company’s self-funded stop-loss health insurance marketplace, which serves over 800 partners across 40 states.

Ciklum, an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner, will provide technical expertise in AWS architecture, data engineering, and AI software development. The collaboration will expand both front- and back-end functionality, integrating quoting, underwriting, administration, and analytics into a unified platform hosted on Amazon Web Services.

Through this initiative, Health In Tech expects streamlined data infrastructure, improved reporting processes, and greater operational efficiency for brokers, third-party administrators, managing general underwriters, and carriers. The enhancements are intended to support platform scalability and broader adoption across the company’s service network.
