Shipsy Introduces AgentFleet, an AI Workforce for Logistics Operations
Shipsy has introduced AgentFleet, an AI-powered workforce designed to support logistics operations across customer service, driver management, finance, and dispute resolution, announced in a press release.
AgentFleet consists of specialized AI co-workers that collaborate with human teams. Clara assists customer experience teams by proactively updating customers on deliveries and handling queries in multiple languages, reportedly reducing support requests by up to 40%. Astra supports drivers with real-time routing and coordination, improving productivity by about 20%. Nexa automates freight invoice checks using multi-source data comparison, cutting manual workloads by half, while Vera manages financial dispute resolution to speed up case processing by around 25%.
The system can be integrated into existing transport management and ERP platforms without requiring major changes. Each AI co-worker operates within defined rules, approval flows, and audit trails, allowing companies to expand incrementally from one role to multiple operational areas.
