Adecco Signs Multi-Year Salesforce Deal to Expand Agentic AI
The Adecco Group has signed a multi-year agreement with Salesforce Inc. for unlimited global access to Agentforce 360, announced in a press release. The deal, running through 2027, aims to power over half of Adecco’s revenue with agentic AI by the end of 2026.
Agentforce 360 connects applications, data, and AI agents on a single platform. Adecco plans to scale its use across its business units—Adecco, LHH, and Akkodis—to automate tasks and improve recruitment efficiency. In the UK, early deployments of Agentforce AI agents have already reduced time-to-fill and improved service quality.
The company is integrating its global operations, including delivery centers in India, Poland, Mexico, and Morocco, to support the rapid rollout. Adecco’s next phase will expand AI orchestration in France and other key markets while extending capabilities to nearshore and offshore hubs.
Adecco’s implementation uses Salesforce’s Data 360 to unify information from more than 30 systems, giving 27,000 recruiters real-time visibility into candidate profiles. The upcoming launch of Agentforce Voice is expected to further increase recruiter productivity and enhance the candidate experience.
