Helios Secures $15.5 Million to Simplify Global Workforce Management
Helios Global Payments Solutions Inc has raised $15.5 million in seed funding to expand its AI-powered workforce management platform, announced in a press release. The funding will support the global launch of Helios' product across over 125 countries, aiming to streamline how companies manage and pay their international teams.
Founded by Rick Hammell, Helios offers a comprehensive solution that integrates global payroll, payments, and HR management. The platform includes 17 modules covering essential HR functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance tracking. By leveraging AI-driven insights and automation, Helios aims to optimize productivity and simplify regulatory adherence for companies operating across borders.
The funding round attracted a diverse group of investors from the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia, highlighting confidence in Helios' potential to transform global workforce management. The company plans to use the investment to fuel growth, drive further innovation, and expand its global reach, ensuring businesses can scale confidently while remaining compliant with local regulations.
