HCLTech has announced the launch of a new subsidiary, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), aimed at enhancing AI-led technology transformation for state and local government, education organizations, and federal civilian and defense agencies in the United States. In a press release, HCLTech highlighted that PSS will leverage over 25 years of industry expertise to deliver integrated technology solutions for the public sector.

The new subsidiary will focus on providing AI-powered platforms for citizen engagement, digital engineering, and cybersecurity solutions. Arjun Sethi, Chief Growth Officer for Strategic Segments at HCLTech, emphasized the increasing demand for AI-led technology solutions in the public sector. The PSS board of directors includes Arjun Sethi as President, Raghu Raman Lakshmanan as Treasurer and Secretary, and Jill Kouri.

This initiative marks a significant step in HCLTech's ongoing expansion in the public sector, following the establishment of its Strategic Segments business under Arjun Sethi's leadership.
