HavocAI and CSBC Corporation, Taiwan formed a partnership to produce and support autonomous surface vessels in Taiwan.

HavocAI and CSBC Corporation, Taiwan formed a partnership to pursue licensed production of autonomous surface vessels in Taiwan, the companies announced in a press release.

The partnership combines CSBC's shipbuilding, production and lifecycle support capabilities with HavocAI's collaborative autonomy software. The vessels will be built and maintained in Taiwan using local workers and industrial capacity.

The companies said the arrangement is designed to align with Section 1266 of the fiscal 2026 National Defense Authorization Act and Taiwan's self reliant defense policy. They also plan to use the arrangement as a production model for other partners in the Indo Pacific region.
