H22 AI, Inc. has launched from stealth with an AI-native platform designed to help Gen Z navigate career and life planning, announced in a press release. The company aims to address challenges posed by automation and a shrinking entry-level job market.

The platform, expected to become available in early 2026, uses proprietary technology to generate a personalized "Blueprint of You," helping users uncover strengths, develop new skills, and explore career paths across three areas: Life, Learning, and Career. H22 plans to reach more than seven million users by 2030.

Founded by Heather Jerrehian, who previously built and sold workforce intelligence platform Hitch to ServiceNow, H22 will also form Gen Z advisory councils to influence product development, data governance, and AI ethics. The company will participate in the World Economic Forum at Davos to discuss solutions for youth employment and workforce readiness.
