Levitate has raised $16 million in new funding, bringing its total capital raised to $71 million, announced in a press release. The round was led by Harbert Growth Partners, with participation from Bull City Venture Partners and Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures.

Founded in 2017, Levitate provides an AI-powered relationship marketing platform used by more than 8,000 businesses. The company helps customers maintain consistent communication with clients and prospects through automation and personalized outreach.

The new capital will be used to accelerate Levitate's AI innovation roadmap, enhancing both internal AI capabilities and customer-facing tools. The company also plans to expand its customer success and sales teams across the United States and Canada.

Levitate will continue to develop its Service-as-Software model, combining automation with strategic support to help small businesses manage relationship-based marketing more effectively.
