Genius Factor Academy and the National Black MBA Association have partnered to launch an AI-driven career intelligence and coaching platform offering members personalized tools for career alignment and growth.

Genius Factor Academy and the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) have announced a strategic partnership to launch an AI-powered career intelligence and coaching platform, according to a press release.

The collaboration gives NBMBAA members access to the Genius Factor AI Platform, which provides tools for aligning emotional intelligence, talents, and career goals through personalized assessments and recommendations. The platform includes an AI chatbot for career alignment coaching, job and skills recommendations, and mindfulness guidance.

Members can choose between two subscription tiers. The ESSENTIAL plan offers a personalized career blueprint and AI-powered recommendations, while the ELITE plan adds a four-week virtual course, live group coaching calls, and access to exclusive events. Both tiers are available to NBMBAA members at a 50% discount for a limited time.

Genius Factor Academy describes its approach as focused on helping professionals align their work with innate strengths and passions, providing a structured roadmap toward career fulfillment and growth.
