Blackbaud Donates Multi-Year Gift to Support AI-Driven Workforce Development
Blackbaud has announced a partnership with Generation: You Employed, a global nonprofit focused on workforce development, through its 2026 Major Gift program, announced in a press release. The multi-year, six-figure contribution will support the integration of AI-driven curriculum development tools into Generation’s training programs worldwide.
The initiative aims to accelerate the creation and delivery of high-quality learning programs to help learners overcome barriers to employment. The partnership will also include opportunities for Blackbaud employees to volunteer with Generation in support of its mission to expand access to economic mobility.
This contribution builds on Blackbaud’s ongoing AI efforts, including its AI Agent for Social Impact and the AI Coalition for Social Impact introduced at bbcon 2025. The company continues to focus on applying AI technologies to enhance the capabilities of nonprofits and social good organizations globally.
