GRAIL to Present NHS-Galleri and PATHFINDER 2 Data at ASCO 2026
GRAIL will present new data from the NHS-Galleri trial and the PATHFINDER 2 study evaluating its Galleri multi cancer early detection test at the 2026 Annual Meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology in Chicago, announced in a press release.
The NHS-Galleri trial presentation will expand on topline results shared in February 2026. It is the first randomized controlled study of a multi cancer early detection test and includes more than 142,000 participants aged 50 to 77 in England’s National Health Service. The study compares annual Galleri screening plus standard screening with standard screening alone to assess reductions in late stage cancer diagnoses.
PATHFINDER 2, conducted under an FDA-approved investigational device exemption, involves over 32,000 participants in North America with no clinical suspicion of cancer. The full dataset will be presented at ASCO. The study is the largest interventional evaluation of a multi cancer early detection test in its intended use population.
GRAIL will also present findings on the adoption and repeat testing patterns of Galleri in private practice settings. Presentation sessions are scheduled from May 30 to June 1, 2026, during the ASCO meeting in Chicago.
