July 22, 2026
Genesis Automation Healthcare will debut its unified platform and introduce the Agentic AI Design Partner Program at AHRMM26 in San Antonio, marking its first public appearance as a combined company.

Genesis Automation Healthcare will unveil its unified Clinical Lifecycle Management Platform and launch its Agentic AI Design Partner Program at the AHRMM26 Annual Conference and Exhibition in San Antonio, announced in a press release. The event, held from July 26 to 28, 2026, will also mark the company’s first public appearance since combining Genesis, Kermit, and Meperia into one organization.

The press release states that executives including President Jason Smith and senior vice presidents Elizabeth Goddard and Patti Hoch will present the new platform, which integrates inventory, implant, spend, content, and contract management for hospitals and health systems. The system is designed to provide full visibility and actionable intelligence across the clinical supply lifecycle.

At the conference, Genesis will host two sessions: a Supply Chain Spotlight focusing on how its Agentic AI can identify contract drift, billing issues, and preference card deviations across the operating room, and a Learning Lab with Allegheny Health Network highlighting automation approaches for addressing bill-only discrepancies.

The Agentic AI Design Partner Program will invite hospital and health system leaders from the United States, United Kingdom, and Ireland to co-develop and evaluate the agent’s performance using their own operational data. The company supports more than 400 hospital sites across the three countries and reports a combined customer base that has achieved significant savings and reduced inventory levels through its platform.
