InterVenn and Aranscia Expand Partnership for GlycoKnow Ovarian Cancer Test
InterVenn Biosciences and Aranscia announced in a press release an expansion of their commercialization partnership to increase access to the GlycoKnow Ovarian cancer diagnostic test.
The partnership extends InterVenn’s diagnostic solutions across Aranscia’s network of health systems, women’s health and oncology groups, and individual clinicians. GlycoKnow Ovarian is a proprietary blood-based liquid biopsy designed to help distinguish ovarian cancer from benign pelvic masses.
The test assists doctors in identifying benign cases, potentially reducing the number of unnecessary surgical procedures and associated risks. GlycoKnow Ovarian was developed and validated by InterVenn and is offered as a laboratory-developed test under CLIA certification and CAP proficiency standards. It has not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
