Graas.ai has successfully raised over $9 million in a pre-Series B funding round. The round was led by Tin Men Capital, with participation from Incred Wealth, Orzon, and existing investors Integra Partners and Yuj Ventures. The funds will be used to expand Graas.ai's Agent Foundry platform in India.

Agent Foundry is designed to help e-commerce brands automate key business functions by developing autonomous agents. These agents address challenges such as customer acquisition costs, pricing optimization, margin protection, and inventory management. Unlike traditional AI copilots or dashboards, Agent Foundry provides actionable intelligence, enabling agents to analyze real-time performance across sales channels and execute decisions for both direct-to-consumer and marketplace brands.

Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Singapore, Graas.ai specializes in AI-native data and automation for e-commerce. The company supports over 2,000 brands and operates across seven countries in India and Southeast Asia, having processed over $1 billion in gross merchandise value. Graas.ai's agents are trained using real-world workflows and are designed to meet distinct business needs, such as performance analysis, order processing, customer support, and data management.
