GR0 to Acquire Ultimate AI Deployment Division and Launch GR0 AI
GR0 plans to acquire the deployment division of Ultimate AI and launch GR0 AI, a new company for AI revenue systems for DTC and ecommerce brands, the company announced in a press release.
GR0 AI will combine GR0's performance marketing work, client relationships and sales infrastructure with Ultimate Deployment's technology for AI agents in business operations. The company said the acquisition is expected to close this quarter, subject to final agreements. Financial terms were not disclosed.
GR0 AI is designed to work inside a brand's existing commerce, CRM, email, SMS, phone and customer data systems. Its systems identify and prioritize customers and prospects, personalize outreach, conduct conversations across messaging channels, escalate complex opportunities to human teams and measure revenue tied to AI interactions.
The company said an early deployment linked AI led customer conversations to more than $350,000 in sales during a period when the brand generated about $1 million in total revenue. GR0 AI engagements begin with discovery and implementation work, including employee interviews, system mapping and connection of lead scoring to the brand's CRM before customer facing AI agents go live.
